AI-First Marketing Automation Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager / Specialist who thrives on ownership and execution— someone who can unlock the full potential of Axo’s unified customer data and brands (Elskling, Insplanet, Zmarta Insurance, and uScore) to maximize reach, engagement, and profit.
This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the Chief Business Unit Officer and part of the Business Unit leadership team.
Your Mission
Turn data and automation into measurable growth. You’ll lead, drive, and execute intelligent campaigns that engage millions of Nordic consumers — powered by AI, grounded in analytics, and delivered through collaboration.
You will:
- Own and operate Axo’s AI-driven marketing automation ecosystem across multiple brands and markets.
- Plan and execute lifecycle and engagement campaigns that drive conversion, retention, and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, affiliates, product experts, and PR to ensure high-quality content and build relevant stories and content for use in campaigns, communication, media and news.
- Leverage unified data to segment, target, and personalize messaging at scale.
- Experiment and optimize — applying a structured build–measure–learn rhythm in every campaign.
- Maintain precision through strong tracking, reporting, and clear performance dashboards.
- Create high-impact content that grows engagement, fuels traffic and boosts conversion

- Collaborative and communicative, connecting marketing, product, and content into one growth engine.
Your Background
You may come from marketing automation, CRM, or digital growth — what matters most is that you’ve built, optimized, and scaled engagement journeys that deliver results.
Experience in one or more of the following is valuable:
- Marketing automation or CRM operations (Ortto, HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io, Adobe, Salesforce or similar)
- Growth marketing or customer lifecycle management
- Management consulting focused on digital or data-driven growth
- Data analytics, engineering, or business analysis with marketing context
