🔍 Role Overview
We’re hiring an AI-First Growth Marketing Lead to take charge of customer acquisition for the Norwegian market, with a focus on Paid Media and SEO. You’ll join a team that doesn't just execute, it leads. You’ll own the acquisition strategy, challenge our paid media agency, drive our SEO roadmap, and be measured on KPIs like Gross Profit, Application Volume, and CPA.
This role is part of the Loan Business Unit (Consumer Loans, Credit Cards, Secured Loans), where performance drives everything. You’ll also help shape and scale our AI-first marketing setup, from content automation to campaign optimization, as part of a broader Nordic marketing team. Some travel may occur for Nordic collaboration.
You won’t be a piece in someone else’s puzzle - you’ll set the agenda and have real impact.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ownership
- Lead Paid Media performance: Own the full strategy, execution direction, and outcomes in collaboration with our agency. Push for delivery on Gross Profit and Application Volume
- Own Norwegian SEO: Define the roadmap, lead execution, and ensure our organic visibility and landing pages contribute to performance with support from internal specialists, but with clear decision rights.
Content & AI-Led Execution
- Write or AI-generate copy and visuals for ads and SEO.
- Build and optimize AI-powered content flows (e.g. SEO pages, ad iterations).
- Contribute to building an automated and scalable AI-first content engine.
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Improve performance across the funnel from click to completed application.
- Use landing page insights and campaign data to identify CRO opportunities.
- Work closely with Product and Tech to implement and test improvements.
Analytics, Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report on Gross Profit, Application Volume, CPA, and conversion rate.
- Act fast on performance insights. Own the data, don’t wait for someone else to raise a red flag.
- Maintain a strong grasp of Norwegian marketing compliance, including Forbrukertilsynet guidelines and lender-specific requirements.
AI & MarTech Adoption
- Use LLMs and generative AI tools (text, image, video, and automation platforms) to scale output and eliminate operational drag.
- Contribute to evolving our AI-first marketing stack and experimentation framework.
Cross-Nordic Collaboration
- Collaborate with peers across Sweden, Denmark, and Finland to share insights, align strategies, and raise the collective performance bar.

- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid performance, SEO & Content
- Proven ability to lead paid media execution (in-house or via agency)
- Hands-on SEO execution and understanding of organic growth levers
- Strong writing skills with commercial flair
- Confident with data tools: GA4, Excel/Sheets, PowerBi, Search Console etc.
- Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity to constantly test new ones
- Understanding (or willingness to learn) Norwegian financial marketing regulations
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- High ownership mindset: you don’t wait for permission - you push for results
