With a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to a new position as lead for our data science and artificial intelligence efforts.

As the Head of Data & AI, you will play a pivotal role in driving our AI endeavors and transforming our industry through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions. You will lead a high-impact team dedicated to harnessing the power of data and AI to cater to the needs of our customers and aligning our AI roadmap with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Spearheading our data strategy, driving AI initiatives, and leveraging advanced analytics to further boost our profitable growth.
• Lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and analysts implement predictive models/advanced algorithms and the utilization of AI solutions.
• Drive the development and implementation of AI/ML pipeline automation and oversee data infrastructure to ensure seamless data integration and processing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our Product, Marketing, and Sales Team to ensure data-driven solutions and decision making.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in data science, AI, or related roles, preferably with a few years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, and familiarity with cloud-based data architectures (e.g., AWS).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and insights into the fintech sector are preferred.
• Strong analytical, strategic, commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire the team and business in how data and AI can transform how we operate and drive business impact.
